Where do we ship? 

This website only ships within the United States and Puerto Rico.  

What are the Delivery Times and Prices?

*Estimated delivery time includes carrier transit time after processing. Business days do not include weekend and holidays (both US and warehouse).  

Orders received after 11 am EST may be processed on the next business day. 

Delays within the carrier are out of the control of Germaine de Capuccini. Our team will try to assist but we cannot guarantee the above estimated delivery time. 

What carrier will deliver my order? 

We ship via USPS for all standard shipping orders, and may we use UPS or FEDEX for expedited orders. 

Please note that we cannot control where a package may be left at time of drop off as this is made at the sole discretion of the driver. You may add a note and we will try to add to your package, but we suggest contacting the carrier once your package is shipped. An email address with tracking information is automatically sent once the label is created. We suggest checking your spam folder if you don’t receive it or contact us for further information.   

Do I need to sign for my package? 

We offer the option for a package to be deliver with or without a signature at no additional charge.  

If the option “without signature” is chosen, note you are liable for a delivered and lost package. If the package is lost before being delivered, we will replace the products or credit your account. 

If the option “with signature” is chose, make sure an adult is at the delivery location to sign for the package. If the package is unable to be delivered and returned to the warehouse, we will credit your account. 

A signature is required on all orders of $300+ and is up to you to contact the carrier in case you release this option upon delivery; however, take into consideration we will not be responsible for lost packages if this option is made.
